Please do not privatize Connaught Gardens, an important and showpiece open space. So please do not persist with any event that closes significant sections of the gardens, such as weddings. Our district has many wedding venues, so offering heavily subsidized cut price weddings is unfair competition, and an inappropriate use of public funds and a much loved tourist attraction.
